Font-Produktion-Konferenz in Den Haag


Am 16. und 17. Februar veranstalten Erik van Blokland und Paul van der Laan zusammen mit dem Fachbereich Type-Media an der Königlichen Akademie der Künste in Den Haag die Font-Technologie-Konferenz RoboThon 2006 (150 € Teilnahmegebühr). Im Mittelpunkt der Seminare steht die Python-Library RoboFab, eine Sammlung von Tools, die das Gestalten und Herstellen von Fonts erleichtert und sicherer macht. Ein kleines Zuckerle am Rande der Konferenz ist die Verleihung des angesehenen Gerrit Noordzij Awards im Festsaal der Akademie. Weiterlesen ...
